3 credits An advanced course designed to build on the student's knowledge of the low altitude airway structure by introducing the language and con cepts associated with high altitude flight. Students will learn jet routing and international flight navigation requirements, position reporting and documentation. Students will have an opportunity to operate advanced Flight Management Systems and personally engage in international flight planning. Prerequisite: AER 2120N. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
