This course offers a field experience in professional theatre. Students will intern with professional companies, learning professional practices and studying current trends in the workplace. They will gain a handson understanding of expectations in professional theatre. Students may complete an internship in any area of theatre production. Theatre majors are highly encouraged to take an internship during their junior or, preferably, senior year. Internships may be performed during the school year or over the summer. Prerequisite: CED 205 and permission of two theatre faculty. (Pass/Fail)
