Emphasis on numeric concepts: sets, logic, counting numbers, integers, rational numbers, real numbers, some number theory, measurement and estimation, appropriate use of technology; historical/cultural perspectives. Credit may not be counted toward the mathematics major. Enrollment restricted to students who have completed the Entry-Level Mathematics (ELM) requirement.
