Concentrates on advanced subjects in corporate finance. Provides a rigorous examination of capital budgeting, capital structure, and dividend policy. Other subjects discussed include mergers and acquisitions, leasing, working capital management, long-term financing, and financial distress. Case studies may be included. Enrollment restricted to students who have completed all lower-division prebusiness core (major status in Business Administration - i.e. attained business status). Prerequisite: FIN 302 or 304.
