A non-credit course that offers a brief review of topics from Elementary Developmental Algebra, then extends the concepts of absolute values, radicals, exponents, solving and graphing linear equations and inequalities, and systems of equations and inequalities; operations with polynomials, special products, and factoring. This course provides a foundation for continued work with rational expressions and equations, quadratic equations and inequalities, and complex numbers. Concurrent enrollment In MATH 0106/0108 is required. Prerequisite: MATH 0306 or acceptable placement score.
