A laboratory course designed to give the student familiarity with modern methods of measurements in physics and to supplement theory courses by illustrating physical principles. Projects are selected from the fields of mechanics, heat, sound, light, electricity, and atomic physics. Individual initiative encouraged. Two (2) three-hour lab periods per week. Prerequisite: PH 1125 or 2025.
