An integrated approach to the activities, theories, and practices prevalent in the areas of visual art, dance, music,drama, and health/physical education/adaptive P.E. and fitness in grades one through eight. Special emphasis will be given to movement activities, sports and games, creativity and learning through art, song and dance, as well as the role of the teacher, the curriculum, cultural differences, and disciplined-based instruction.
