ED 215R; SC 118 or SC 120; Praxis I scores met - The student explores methods of teaching the sciences and health at the elementary level, incorporating content knowledge, process skills, and assessment strategies to meet the needs of students with a variety of learning modalities and needs. She creates interdisciplinary applications for the classroom based on appropriate theoretical frameworks and the use of technology in meaningful ways to link science and health to other content areas such as language arts, mathematics, social sciences, and the arts.
