ED 396; completion of student teaching or licensed teacher - In this two-course sequence, the practicing teacher or advanced education student refines the ability to respond to the needs of individual exceptional learners. Using a problemsolving approach, the student develops skill in applying strategies, techniques, and classroom modifications that are instrumental in responding to individual differences within the context of the regular classroom setting.
