Prereq. For SOC 250: CLD 101 or SSC 101; for SOC 350: BSC 255; for SOC 450: PSY/SOC 320 or SOC 321 - This is a special topics course used for exploring sociological issues that are not yet a regular part of the curriculum. Topics vary from year to year. Some topics focus on traditional and core areas within the discipline of sociology; others represent specialized or newly developed areas in the field. Some of the topics courses offered in the past have included the Individual and Society, Women and Health, and Visual Sociology. Check current registration materials for specific information.
