It covers accounting and management decision making; cost concepts, classifications, and behavior; short-term, long-term, strategic, and operational planning; responsibility accounting; control of cost centers; the concepts of Just-in-Time, activity-based costing, quality costing; and ethical behavior of the managerial accountant.
