This course is designed for students who desire to understand and master the intricacies associated with the recruitment and selection of human resources and practices, validity and reliability in testing, legal and regulatory factors affecting selection practices, making employment offers, and practices to ensure equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. A key feature of this class will be on ongoing simulation in which students must employ their newly acquired knowledge and skills to address a real world business problem involving recruitment and selection of human resources.
