Using a systems approach, the focus of this course is to demonstrate to managers the impact decisions have on the total organizational systems, not just individual departments. Process improvement strategies, gleaned from continuous quality improvement literature, are introduced, detailing how managers are held accountable for both internal and external customer satisfaction measures.
