The topics covered in the course are logistics relationships and third party logistics, supply chain finance, performance management; transportation management, network design, global logistics, and warehousing management. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to understand the overall logistics system and interrelated functional areas, develop analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for a variety of logistical problems, and learn leading-edge logistics strategies.
