Provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create an effective learning environment and to deal appropriately and effectively with behavioral issues within the classroom setting. The course covers both legal and ethical implications and provides practical management techniques. Prerequisites: through Gate 1, accepted into the Department of Education, permission of the education advisor, EDE 250, EDM 250 and EDA 250.
