3 hours to Youth Ministry Prerequisite: Senior with Youth Concentration A capstone course designed to equip the student in developing a master plan for ministry. Attention is given to the student's spiritual life, personal life and ministry life. Topics addressed include: the call to ministry; stages of ministry; finding the right church; personal piety; and staff development. Previously mastered information, principles and concepts are integrated with new content as the student synthesizes these into a master plan for ministry.
