1 hour Secondary Schools Practicum (Offered fall semester) Prerequisite: To be taken concurrently with MATH 419 As the students are developing proficiency in planning for mathematics instruction, evaluating and learning, they will also gain practical experiences by delivering instruction in a peer setting and/or regular school setting with video taping. Each presentation is to be critiqued by the "teacher," the course instructor and the student peers.
