3 hours Architecture Prerequisite: ENGS 361 and CSCI 215. May be taken concurrently with ENGS 361. An in-depth view of the design phase of the software life cycle, including a study of design patterns, frameworks, and architectures. The appropriate use of metrics will measure design qualities in evolving designs. Reengineering and reverse engineering will also be introduced.
