3 hours Prerequisite: BUSI 310 or consent of instructor (Offered on demand only) This course develops the philosophy and fundamental guiding principles for wages and salaries in business institutions. This comprehensive study of compensation management also includes job analysis, administrative job evaluation, basis compensation plans, executive compensation and administrative controls. An experiential, skill-building approach to compensation decision making is enhanced through the use of a computer simulation.
