(3 hours.). Prerequisite: Admission to Breech School of Business. This course is an overview of laws and regulations as they pertain to the business atmosphere. Topical areas include procedural laws and the court system; alternative means of dispute resolution; constitutional law, torts/products liability, business crimes, contracts, sales, forms of business organizations and employment regulation. Case analysis and ethical implications are discussed in each area.
