3 semester hours (2 hours theory, 3 hours of laboratory per week) Therapeutic Exercise I will provide an introduction to the concepts of applied kinesiology as it relates to the assessment of human function. In addition, students will gain a basic understanding of the assessment of muscular strength and function. Clinical assessment of range of motion and goniometric measurements will also be explored. Prerequisites: PTA 104 and BI 211.
