Overview of educational administration, career education, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic concerns in education. Identification and referral of exceptional children. Assessment strategies, Virginia Standards of Learning. Priorities, frustrations, appropriate role-clarification, and other needs of the student teacher as a person. Two semester hours.
