This is a basic level self-defense course in which students will learn the fundamental kicking and punching skills of Taekwondo. A large portion of the class will involve conditioning. Students will have the opportunity to complete testing and certification for different levels of belts. Fee: $220, which includes manual, belt, shirt, pants, testing, and two rank certifications. (Offered fall semester and spring semester) (2 Credits)
