Special studies on topics which do not appear in the Art, Music, Theatre, or Dance curriculums. The subject and its treatment must be derived from consultation between the individual student and instructor. All special topic proposals must be approved by the Dean of the School of Music and Arts. The amount of credit granted depends upon the nature of the project undertaken and the length of time of the experience.
