Students will learn strategies for teaching reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the content areas. Methods of teaching effective comprehensive vocabulary and study skills will be presented. Students will practice techniques for adapting materials and dealing with challenged readers. Working with secondary students outside of classtime is required. Prerequisite: ED 315. FA.
