Techniques include electron and scanning probe microscopy, gel permeation chromatography, x-ray diffraction, porosimetry, and thermal analysis. Prerequisite: Chemistry 130A-B or 131A-B or Engineering ENGR54. Same as Engineering CBEMS160.
