Topics include basic concepts and techniques of genetic analysis, prions, signaling, cell differentiation, cell cycle, ubiquitin/proteasome pathway, genomics, and using yeast as a toolbox. Prerequisite: Molecular Biology and Biochemistry 203. May be taken for credit two times.
