Current analysis of legal issues in the workplace relating to the employment process. Focus covers a broad spectrum, including Title VII/Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Labor Standards Act, OSHA, ERISA and labor law. Policy issues involving discrimination, affirmative action and sexual harassment will be covered, as well as applied topics such as the legality of the hiring process. Prerequisite: BLAW 2720.
