This course gives the student practical experience in developing and preparing user documentation. Themajor requirement for this course is researching, writing, and producing a usermanual. In addition, students will be responsible for a number of technical writing assignments leading up the the completion of the usermanual. These include, but are not limited to, such assignments as a user analysis, documentation plan, and style guide. (prereq: EN-132 or TC-1111)
