This is a survey course encompassing the fundamentals of knowledgemanagement (KM) for technical communication. KMis becoming an increasingly important discipline that promotes the discovery, capture, sharing, and application of an organization's knowledge for the purpose of creating competitive advantage through a learning organization. The course will look at KM through the eyes of a content creator and knowledgemanager. (prereq: EN-132 or advanced writing skills, selected articles and readings)
