This course and credits are awarded upon successful completion of the Business Excellence Consortium's Lean Associate Certificate that is designed to provide aminimumunderstanding of the Leanmethodology to help create a culture that is poised for a world-class journey. At the completion of this two and one half day seminar, participants will understand the need to change, the key role they play in their organization, the importance of a teamapproach and gain an overview understanding of the Lean tools. Every associate will gain baseline knowledge to support an organization's on-going world class initiative.
