This course and credits are awarded upon successful completion of the Business Excellence Consortium's Lean Tool Kit certificate that provides participants with in depth understanding of the tools thatmake up this world classmethodology. During this 10-day program, participants learn the what, when, where and why behind each waste eliminating Lean tool. The Lean Tool Kit certificate includes course work required in the Lean Associate certificate; consequently, participants will have earned six total credits upon completion of the Tool Kit course work: three credits forMS-3401 and three credits forMS-3421.
