Techniques of studying, analyzing, improving,managing and leading the growth, productivity and development of individual and group competencies to enhance project performance are explained and practiced in this course. The course includes the processes required tomake the most effective use of the people involved with the project. The importance of involving team members in the linking and overlapping of process groups in various project phases is emphasized. This course helpsmanagers deal with value dilemmas, conflict, resistance to change and project team-building skills. (prereq: junior standing)
