This course introduces the student to the fundamental concepts of popular application software includedMicrosoft (MS) Office 2003 andMSOE's on-line learning systems.MS183 covers WebCT,MSOE library resources,MS word,MS excel, andMS PowerPoint.MS184 covers the same topic andMS Access. Topics forMS183 (2 quarter credits) are completed at the end of week 8 of the quarter. Topics forMS184 (3 quarter credits) are completed at the end of week 11. The coursematerials are presented in a "hands-on" style. Classmeetings are conducted intutorial style. Attendance is not considered part of the course evaluation and grade.
