This course continues the development of entrepreneurship by examining the key financial elements of entrepreneurial or small company ventures. The course explores the role of the entrepreneurialmanager in developing a financial plan and raising capital fromcommercial banks, angel investors, venture capitalists, private placement, and other sources. Each source is reviewed for its impact on the financial value of the firm, while the concluding segment of the course discusses the strategies for exiting the business.
