This course introduces the student to the parametric solidmodeling software, Pro/ENGINEER. The purpose is to teach the student all the basicmodeling skills for creating parts, assemblies and detailed drawings. In addition to the features learned to create solidmodels and production quality drawings, students learn to use the analysis area of the software to obtain:mass properties, draft check to verify if parts have enough draft to be released froman injectionmold, clearance/interference check of assembled parts. (prereq: EG-122 or equivalent)
