EL 3720 - Control Systems I 6 0

Institution:
Milwaukee School of Engineering
Subject:
Description:
This course introduces the student to the basics of control systems.Modeling and analysis of dynamical systems, use of transfer functions, and frequency response are covered. Standard linear blocks, frequency response using Bode plots, and standard controllers are used to implement simple control loops. Finally, methods for control improvement and processes for identification are introduced. This course is taken at the Luebeck University of Applied Science (FHL) in Luebeck, Germany. This is a semester course. Lecture: 4SWS, Laboratory: 0SWS. (prereq: Vordiplomfor FHL students, EE-3101 forMSOE students)
