This course introduces the non-electrical engineering student to basic DC circuit analysis. Topics include electrical quantities and definitions-voltage, current, power and energy; circuit analysis techniques using Ohm's and Kirchhoff's Laws,mesh currents and nodal voltages,network reduction, and Thevenin and Norton equivalents; and terminal characteristics of resistors, capacitors, inductors and operational amplifiers.
