Two Credits This course is designed to develop awareness of state regulations concerning care and treatment of the athlete and those skills necessary for the immediate and temporary care of injured players. The responsibilities of the coach toward the injured player, and recognition, prevention, and rehabilitation of common athletic injuries will be covered. Safety aspects, doctors' responsibilities, and limitation of treatments are also included.
