Three Credits LA This "capping" course explores the historical development of psychology as a science by focusing on the various schools of thought, systems, and theories that have contributed to its growth-both from within and without the discipline. Its intent is to help the student gain perspective on contemporary psychology by appreciating the problems psychology has confronted over the years and its interrelationships with other disciplines.
