Three Credits LA This course is an introduction to the many areas of interest to the industrial psychologist. Students will learn how various theories in psychology have been applied to solving problems such as worker motivation, leadership, group interaction, and testing and research in the workplace. Students will analyze these problems from many different perspectives in order to understand how psychological theory can be used to improve individual and organizational functions. Prerequisite: PSYC 101
