Three Credits LA Family Law trains students in the law relating to marriage, dissolution of marriage, property distribution, and children. The theory and practice of family law, including the drafting, modification, and enforcement of divorce decrees, separation agreements, and prenuptial agreements are fully covered. The financial consequences, including the tax consequences, of marriage and the dissolution of marriage are evaluated. Offered annually. Corequisite: PRLG 101
