Three Credits Introduction to Legal Research and Writing teaches students how to use the tools found in a law library to solve legal problems and how to write a memorandum of law based on these tools. All primary sources of law and all significant secondary sources of law are studied, and the students are trained in the use of WESTLAW computerized legal research. Both federal and state materials are used extensively in this course. Offered annually. Corequisite: PRLG 101
