Three Credits LA The primary objective of this course is to introduce participants to basic concepts and techniques for analyzing problems and the designing of information systems that address those problems. Participants, upon completion of the course, will have a working understanding regarding identifying requirements, clarifying and refining requirements, process modeling, data modeling, and logic modeling within an object-oriented analysis framework. In the process of completing the course and actively using systems analysis techniques, participants will develop an understanding of the systems development life cycle, systems analyst's roles and responsibilities, and the interpersonal skills necessary to analyze business problems.
