One Credit A study of body fluids which encompasses urine, cerebrospinal fluid, gastric fluid, and peritoneal, pericardial, amniotic, synovial, and seminal fluids. Includes renal physiology and pathophysiology of urinary tract disease and the microscopic and biochemical changes in urine which occur as a result of disease and are observed in the clinical laboratory. Offered every spring. One-hour lecture, two-hour lab per week, eight-weeks duration. Prerequisites: BIOL 130-131 and CHEM 131-132
