Three Credits LA The adult quest for meaning and values assumes mature form in a grasp of the possibilities of the historical moment. This course will select and organize readings and other relevant materials in history, philosophy, and the sciences to bring into focus the responsibilities and possibilities bestowed upon us by a particular configuration of historical circumstance and by the new knowledge generated in scientific inquiry.
