Three Credits each LA Emphasis is placed on building a solid foundation as attention is given to all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By the end of the course, students should be able to handle a number of interactive survival situations. JPN 102 may be used to fulfill the foreign-language option of Core/LS. Offered annually.
