Three Credits LA Poetry and nonfictional prose of the years 1830 C1880 with emphasis on selected works by such authors as Tennyson, Browning, Arnold, Carlyle, Mill, Ruskin, and the Rosettis. Attention is given to the intellectual and cultural climate in which these writers worked. Offered in alternate years. (Fulfills the Chronological Contiguous Course requirement for English Literature majors when paired with ENG 334.)
