Three Credits LA Organizing, planning, and executing advertising for the special needs of retail, local, and small-business advertisers. The difference between such advertising and national branded-products promotion is emphasized. Three levels are examined: identity/"image," item-price promotion, and use of "events" to reach new audiences and build traffic.
