Two Credits - lecture One Credit - laboratory Discussion of the latest therapeutic techniques used in athletic training. History of the foundation of all modalities as well as current concepts. Use and misuse, as well as contraindication, for all modalities. Each student will practice and learn each modality through the laboratory session so they have a clear understanding of why and how to use each modality. Prerequisites: ATHT 102, ATHT 103
